For the record, I have removed the pictures of Kevin in his police uniform.  The quotations on those pictures were not Kevin's at all.  I accept all responsibility for those word.  They were, in my own mind, the words that might come to my mind if I were a child and my mother had been murdered.  

Kevin in fact loves Tim and thinks of him as a father.  He very much loves his brother and it is difficult to be separated from him.  It would be yet another travesty if the legal system were to uphold MY words in some form against two already victimized very innocent people .
